We've been re-writing About Us quite many times for the last 18+ years:-) Guess in a nustshell Uniforce's been helping biz build up their proper IT infrastructure from nuts and bolts to application stacks. Look at the evolution of technologies from mainframe, mini-computer, LAN, PC, to Internet, and now cloud, ala utility computing, so much about the "rewrite"...

Defy traditional IT, we design, build, and run biz infrastructure, spanning the full stack, from bits and bytes to business process. Because we eventually host and run, we need to design and build that with the ability to perform. Many customers come to us to complain their newly built systems do not perform because the application team never talks to the infrastructure team.

We use a lot of open technologies. That doesn't mean we're biased, but it seems it's out of a natural selection when we pick what technologies are best for a given set of customer requirements. Over the last dozens of years, it seems open technologies have a much better built-in mechanism to self-refine and evole better than legacy technologies. That we will see along the way.
